This Privacy Policy explains how Nopo ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares
information when you play Arrow Jam: Escape Puzzle (the "Game", app bundle identifier
com.nopo.arrowjam) on iOS and Android. By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to
the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
We do not require an account, and we do not knowingly collect your name, email address, or contact details inside the Game. The Game and the third-party services it uses may automatically collect:
Your game progress and settings (such as level progress, coins, lives and life timers, tutorial state, and your sound, music, vibration/haptic, and notification preferences) are stored locally on your device using standard on-device storage and are not transmitted to us as personal data.
The Game displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob (Google LLC), which may include
banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads (publisher account
ca-app-pub-4519012564712201). To serve and measure ads, AdMob and its advertising partners may
collect and use your device advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS / Advertising ID on Android), IP-based
approximate location, device data, and ad-interaction data. This data may be shared with Google and its
advertising partners to display and measure advertising and to help prevent fraud.

The Game offers optional in-app purchases (for example, Remove Ads). Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store (StoreKit) or Google Play Billing. The app store collects and processes your payment information under its own privacy policy; we receive only a transaction confirmation/receipt needed to deliver your purchase and to restore previous purchases. We never see or store your card number or full billing details.

These providers act as independent controllers or our processors depending on the service and your region. Please review their policies to understand how they handle your data.
With your permission, the Game may send local notifications (for example, when your lives refill, or gentle reminders to come back and play). These are scheduled on your device. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings, or decline the permission prompt.
Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data on these legal bases: your consent (for personalized advertising and tracking, and for analytics where required); our legitimate interests (to operate, secure, analyze, and improve the Game, and to show non-personalized ads); performance of a contract (to deliver the Game and in-app purchases you request); and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time, including via your device's tracking/ad settings.
The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country, such as 16 in parts of the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
We retain analytics and crash data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, after which it is deleted or anonymized in accordance with the retention settings of the services in Section 6. Advertising identifiers are retained by the relevant ad/analytics providers per their policies. Locally stored game data is removed when you uninstall the Game.
Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in the EEA/UK or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. California residents have the right to know, delete, and opt out of "sale"/"sharing" of personal information; we do not sell your personal information for money, and you can opt out of personalized advertising via the consent and device controls described in Section 4. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below; we may need to verify your request.
We and our service providers use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our service providers may process and store data on servers located outside your country, including in the United States. Where required by law, appropriate safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses) are used to protect your data during these transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example, when we add new features or change our data practices. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the updated policy.
